Let it be known that the only way their children will get a better education is if they start electing officials who have their interests in mind...  Educational affordability and opportunities will not happen by accident.   There are candidates such as Gregg Abbott and Dan Patrick who have other priorities in mind…… the type of priorities which will benefit the rich CEOs of the corporations which put BIG money in their campaign fund.   YOU can make a difference, but you need to REGISTER not later than October 6, 2014 – and then V O T E.   ALL POLITICIANS ARE CREATED EQUAL.. but some, soon change, if offered the right amount of money.

The following article was on the front page of today's (Saturday, October 4, 2014)  The Washington Post.

This is a "must read" and pass on article for all who are interested in the future of Tejanos in Texas. There are about 10 MILLION Hispanics in Texas. Sixty-one percent of those eligible to vote in the 2012 presidential election did not participate -- a turnout rate  22 points below whites in the state, according to a report this year from the Latino Decisions research firm.

Now is the time to get involved in getting neighbors, family and friends to register and vote in the November 4 Election.

Let it be known that the only way their children will get a better education is if they start electing officials who have their interests in mind...
