LULAC - Report U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Enforcement Activity Safely and Confidentially

If you or someone you know has witnessed immigration enforcement activity, LULAC is here to help. You can share information with us securely so we can document what is happening in our communities and respond appropriately.

Report U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) activity safely and confidently if you see any illegal or unconstituonal activity including warrantless arrests, excessive force, racial profiling, and targeting of immigrant communities (including US Citizens).

We provide several ways to contact us and submit details. While no system is 100% secure, the options below are designed to help protect your privacy and, if needed, your anonymity. Please review the instructions for any app or tool you choose to use.

LULAC will review the photos and videos received and, as appropriate, report to the proper oversight agency. Where civil rights violations occur, we will refer to legal counsel for possible legal action.

Important: These channels are only for reporting immigration enforcement actions, immigration-related incidents, or urgent community concerns.
