[LRL] Proof that we can win these new districts in Texas

ICYMI: The Supreme Court ruled that Texas must use Greg Abbott’s heavily gerrymandered maps—the maps crafted to appease Donald Trump and engineered to steal five Democratic seats.

Republicans think this ruling will lock in their power.
They think it will silence the people.
They think it will stop us.

They’re wrong.

Here’s the truth: we can win these new districts. Just take a look:

^The blue you see is Beto winning two of the new districts back in 2018.

^This blue? That’s Beto winning another one of the new districts in 2018.

^And that light blue? It’s Beto winning the new North Texas district too.

In 2018, Beto swept the new districts by building genuine connections, registering new voters, signing up volunteers everywhere, going to college campuses, and organizing where Republicans don’t bother to go. But recreating that people-powered movement won’t happen by itself.
