The Conspiracy: Conspirator or Implicit

Again in 1945 the Allies won the war. The Allies wanted a return to Versailles; however Truman appointed Associate Robert H. Jackson the chief prosecutor. Jackson had a problem. There was no law governing genocide although everyone knew it was wrong. Moreover the Allies just like NATO today were without sin. He insisted on a precedent. That is when he came up with conspiracy and complicity. Ironically this also fits the pattern today in the United States where a majority of Americans want to deport or let's say repatriate masses of immigrants. Not to whip the dying horse the Germans and Allies were indicted and convicted for a conspiracy against the Jews and other undesirables. Thus far my documentary evidence shows that the U.S. today and Germany in the 1930s are similar. The conspiracy is to demonize the untouchable and this in the U.S. is done through the ongoing dismantling of laws, school systems and immigration laws, etc.Between 1939 and 1945, Nazi Germany invaded many countries across Europe, inflicting 27 million deaths in the Soviet Uni Just a note, the reaction to Trump's statements to the Supreme Court left me dumbfounded. As a young child I believed that the Supreme court justices were the most incorruptible segment of government. They were not like the Robber Barons who could be bought off. So when I read commentators and columnists indirectly praised Trump for his statement that he had broken no law, inferring it was his lawyers.. I almost puked. It was the Devil Made me do it. I asked myself who the hell is killing themself. He pays this mountain of attorneys, appointed many of the justices and for all we know they are still on his Xmas Bonus list. When we pay attorneys it is to do what we instruct them to do. When we appoint people to offices they are not independent agents. 

So what's happening? Well first off not everything in legislative law is written down. Much of it is inferred just like we infer that laws are supposed to produce a just society.  Read history you had a similar situation at Versailles and then at Yalta. At Versailles Germany lost the war. The so-called allies wanted their pound of flesh and just wanted the Germans and the Central Powers punished, squeezed for every dollar. The terms were so harsh that most experts say that made the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust inevitable. Also exposed was the hypocrisy. The Allies were made up of the world's leading colonial powers. Winston Churchill had just slaughtered hundreds and thousands Indians (from India). The Friends were warring against its African possessions. The U.S. like it does today benefited immensely from war profiteering.

Me and a team of scholars are now working on the association pf Racketeering as a type of organized crime  in which the persons set up a coercive to repeatedly or consistently collect a profit. Originally and often still specifically, racketeering may refer to an organized criminal act in which the perpetrators offer a service that will not be put into effect, offer a service to solve a nonexistent problem, or offer a service that solves a problem that would not exist without the racket. However, racketeers may offer an ostensibly effective service to solve an existing problem. The traditional and historically most common example of such a racket is the "protection racket Protection racket", in which racketeers offer to protect a business from robbery or vandalism; however, the racketeers will themselves coerce or threaten the business into accepting this service, often with the threat (implicit or otherwise) that failure to acquire the offered services. The rackets today include racism and have varied spinoffs such as charter schools, for profit prisons and low wages.
