LULAC - The Plan to Make Roger Rocha a Special Paid Administrator in National LULAC

The Editor:  The Editor has been informed that Margaret Moran, the "Termed Out" person who is impersonating the National President of LULAC, is planning to ask the National LULAC Board meeting in Washington, D.C., on Saturday to appoint Roger Rocha a special advisor to oversee the work of Brent Wilkes, the National Director of LULAC.  Roger Rocha is already embedded in the apartment condo that LULAC got for Margaret Moran.  Seems like a crowed apartment condo.  The proposed salary for Roger Rocha will be $40,000.00.  His rent is paid for by LULAC.

Rather than pay Roger Rocha the $40,000.00, the National Board should deduct the Arizona case costs assessed by the court against the $40,000.00.

$  40,000.00
-  23,414.75
___________

$16,585.25

The LULAC National Board should they put aside the balance of $16,585.25 and use it to defray the cost of the stupid case that LULAC had filed against the Luevanos, NLLAC and the Editor in California.  If the costs to LULAC go above $16,585.25, the additional costs should be lopped off of Margaret Moran's $60,000.00 annual bonus that LULAC pays her.

Roger Rocha would be a bad person for such a job at National.  The word on the LULAC street is that Roger cannot be trusted working with LULAC staff of either sex.  Even if its is consensual, imagine the National LULAC staff having two bosses, Brent Wilkes, the real boss, telling the staff at National to do this and do that and Roger Rocha, the make believe boss, telling "select" staff at National to do this and do that and to do this and do that...

If the National LULAC Board wants to hire Roger Rocha, they cannot use the defense later on that they did not know about Roger's past.  Hiring Roger would be just trying to do Margaret Moran a favor.  LULAC has enough on its plate.  It's already pissed off Gus Viano, the Director of Diversity Initiative Manager with McDonald's Corporation at the Corporate Alliance meeting on Thursday and at the LULAC National Institute meeting on Friday morning.  Gus Viano left the LULAC meetings fuming.  Margaret Moran did not care that Viano was pissed off.  Viano and McDonald's was not going to have it their way.  Margaret Moran pissed Viano off. ... punto y aparte.  All that Viano wanted was for Margaret Moran to explain to corporate how it is that Margaret Moran spend the thousands of dollars corporate had given LULAC to give to LULAC members to participate the convention in New York City.  LULAC ended up paying over $100,000.00 for unsed hotel rooms at expensive New York hotels.
