LULAC - Moran Pays Plaintiffs in Arizona Case $23,414.75

The Editor: This is the court record in the Soto, et al v LULAC, et al case in Arizona in which the court ordered LULAC to pay plaintiff damages.  LULAC lost the case.

The lesson in this case is that LULAC members from Arizona who were denied the right to vote in LULAC conventions were awarded the monetary damages they suffered for spending money to belong to LULAC, pay the expenses for attending LULAC conventions and then not being allowed to vote.

1,625 LULAC delegates spend over $4,000,000.00 to participate in the LULAC convention in New York City and then were not permitted to vote.  That one will make for a very interesting lawsuit.
