The Editor: Eliezar Perez Vecchio has done his good LULAC deed for the day. He dispatched an email to the four illegally serving members of the LULAC National Executive Committee who are termed out and who apparently have no regard for the LULAC Constitution. These stupid over-extended officers should be charged with "grossly" violating the terms of the LULAC Constitution by extending their term in office beyond the 4 year maximum permitted under the LULAC Constitution. They should be impeached and run out of LULAC for life. The same fate should be applied to Luis Vera and Manuel Escobar for illegally interpreting the Constitution to suit their twisted legal opinion.

Its important that Margaret Moran and her partners get honest and professional Legal advice in order to put an end to all this situation. If the legal advice is to "throw the towel" it should be done ASAP to avoid more and unnecessary pains for everybody.
