The Editor: The LULAC Amendments and Constitution Committee presents for consideration by the LULAC National Assembly four amednments to the LULAC Constitution and include:
1. Reducing the prohibition on eligibility to run for office from 1 year to 6 months, if a prior LULAC employee deriving wages. [Committee DOES NOT recommend Adoption.]
2. Establishment of LGBTQIA+ Officer Position (National, State, District) [Committee DOES recommend Adoption.]
3. New E-Membership Category and Description. [Committee DOES recommend Adoption.]
4. Officers Maintaining Good Standing to continue to hold office by paying membership dues by deadline established by the LULAC National Board. [Committee DOES recommend Adoption.]
