In deeply alarming news, The New York Times reported that the Justice Department has identified 384 naturalized U.S. citizens from whom they want to strip citizenship.

This attack is part of a much larger pattern of efforts meant to revoke status from our communities and delegalize people en masse. One by one, officials are dismantling the legal protections many immigrants have relied on and had for decades.
For DACA recipients, this is already real: USCIS delays in processing DACA renewals are leading to lapses in status and thousands of DACA recipients being left exposed to detention and deportation. A recent decision from the Justice Department also makes it easier to deport DACA recipients, eroding the very protections the program was intended to uphold.

At the same time, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) programs are also being weakened, asylum processes are being blocked and delayed, and refugee resettlement is being slashed.
It’s clear that mass delegalization is unfolding in real time through a steady, coordinated effort to erase status, dismantle critical programs like DACA and TPS, and put millions of families at risk.
We need your help to fight back and protect our communities now.
