WE HAVE PLANNED A GREAT PROGRAM WITH GREAT KEYNOTE SPEAKERS  Lesley Briones Commissioner of Harris County Precinct 4 KEYNOTE SPEAKER Mrs. Lesley Briones is a proud Latina and native Texan from Laredo, TX. She is the first female to lead Precinct 4. She oversees county services to over 1.2 million residents and her precinct includes five cities, and 55 parks. She works tirelessly on disaster readiness, public safety, justice, and health. Her signature initiative, is Call 4 Projects; Places 4 People. She graduated with honors from Harvard University and she taught in low income public schools. She earned a law degree from Yale. She served as Harris County Civil Court at Law Judge.
