LULAC -The TRO - The Whole Enchilada - 57 Pages

The Editor: The Editor got a hold of the complete TRO document that was file in the Supreme Court in the State of New York County of Bronx.  It is 57 pages long.  The TRO is short and sweet.  The attachments are powerful.  The affidavit by the attorney who filed the TRO lays out the bases for the TRO.   This TRO was filed by the supporters of Maggie Rivera.  Had the TRO not been filed, signed by the judge and served on the mal-doers in LULAC, namely Margaret Moran and Manuel Escobar, Maggie River and her slate of candidates would have the election.  We now know we had a numerical majority in the assembly hall in New York City.  The cheating Moran and Escobar would have rigged the election by not permitting a counting of the vote.  They would have then expelled anybody from within LLAC who challenged their authority.  negating the vote count was in Rule 12.  Punishing the whistle blowers was in Rule 21.
