LULAC - City of Corpus Christi v LULAC Entities

The Editor: The City of Corpus Christi is suing entities of LULAC for $400,000.00, resulting from a grant that was awarded by the City's Community Development Corporation.  Rosa Rosales was the National President of LULAC at the time this award was made.  The City wants to know what happened to the money.  Was it used for the intended purposes?
